Here’s why: Muscular people…

Ashley showing positivity for a virtual client!

Ashley is so awesome I honestly wish I could work out with her every day. My husband and I see her once a week for private training. Our sessions are challenging but fun and her positive attitude keeps me going. She is really the best trainer/instructor I've ever had. She's great at keeping both of us on track with our form, even when we're doing separate activities. Ashley has always made me feel welcome and supported. I'm so glad we decided to work with her.
