Weekly weigh-ins and chats are a great way to keep yourself moving in the right direction. If you’re looking for more support, add a private monthly coaching session to your weekly check-ins. I care about you and want to help you become healthier, lose weight and keep it off!
Check in weekly to weigh in and discuss progress from the previous week. Together we’ll set a reasonable goal and plan actions for the week ahead. Check-ins are 5 or 10 minutes virtually once per week. You’ll receive on-the-spot coaching, a visual dashboard (sample) of your progress and motivation to keep moving forward. If preferred you may text your weigh-ins or updates.
Monthly Health Coaching + Weekly Check-ins
Add a 30-min 1:1 virtual coaching session once per month in addition to your weekly check-ins. Coaching sessions give us more time to look carefully at your goals and the habit changes necessary to conquer them. We will use effective goal planning techniques and establish a framework to hold you accountable to your commitments. In each session we will celebrate progress, adjust where needed and set action steps to start the new month with inspiration, positivity and the tools you need to succeed.
Personalized one-on-one (virtual or in-person) sessions designed to explore your health-related goals and what’s holding you back. Sound, certified and safe advice provided regarding how a change in your lifestyle can bring about desired results. Education about the psychological aspects of weight management and physiological impact of obesity are integral to the coaching session. Strategies for exercise and weight management for a goal of permanent weight loss will be discussed. Consider adding a live weigh-in for additional accountability.
Combine coaching sessions with group fitness classes a personal training package for full effectiveness. I offer a 10% discount for booking 5 sessions and a 25% discount for booking 10 sessions. A personalized dashboard (click to see an example) tracking your healthy habits, food log, water intake, exercise, sleep, mood and more is optional for all multi-session packs for an additional cost.

The pricing on my website for coaching represents sessions held virtually on Zoom.
All sessions in your pass will be scheduled with me at the time of purchase. All cancellations require a minimum of 24-hours notice to avoid being charged for the session. Please limit cancellations to emergencies only. Reschedules are permitted only if there is availability in my schedule prior to your pass expiration date. Reschedules are only permitted with advanced notice and are not guaranteed. All pass purchases are nonrefundable.
