Get Fit With Ashley offers personal and small group fitness training, health coaching, group workouts, transformation challenges and MORE for the local Collegeville, Schwenksville & Limerick, PA area and virtual clients as well!

Please browse around my site for information on personal training in a private or semi-private session in your home, outdoors or in my beautiful boutique studio. There are are so many ways to train, we can customize something that you’ll love. My sessions are always choreographed with safety as my first priority. I guarantee you will find our time together to be personalized just for you, lots of fun mixed with hard work and packed full of new and unique exercises to keep you feeling challenged and strong.

One of my favorite things to do is teaching group fitness classes. Each class is different and the group dynamic is the best you’ll find anywhere. We work hard and we have fun! In the colder weather, we workout indoors and in the spring & summer we are outside at the park. Adults of all ages and fitness levels are welcome to register and will be able to get a great, safe workout.

I created a totally unique and successful Transformation Challenge program where participants commit to an 8-week program which includes weekly weigh-ins, education sessions and personalized support.
