Date and Banana Protein Smoothie

Ingredients
- 1 cup Ice cubes
- 1/2 cup skim Milk
- 1/2 cup non-fat Yogurt
- 1 Tablespoon Peanut butter
- 3 pitted Medjool Dates, cut into pieces
- 1 medium frozen Banana, cut into slices
Method
- Peel and slice banana before freezing.
- Into the blender jar, place the ice cubes and milk.
- Then add the. yogurt, peanut butter, date pieces and frozen banana slices.
- Pulse the ingredients, stop and give it a stir if things get stuck.
- Then continue to blend until it becomes a thick smoothie.
- Pour smoothie into glasses and enjoy immediately.
