Weekly Workshop Modules

Have you heard of Gretchen Rubin’s “The Four Tendencies”? In this Module we will explore how we respond to inner and outer expectations and use that insight to set SMART goals for the program.

The easiest way to pick up a new habit is to couple it up with an existing habit. In this Module we will outline all of our current habits and identify good opportunities to habit stack new healthy habits.

We all know the voice inside our head has an impact on how we think, feel and behave. In this Module we will create a positive affirming mantra with personal meaning.

Often times bad habits persist because we subconsciously respond to triggers and cues in our environment. In this Module we’ll look at what triggers you to behave in certain ways and how you may be able to change your reaction to those triggers.

Do you find yourself facing the same obstacles again and again when trying to maintain healthy habits? In this Module we will explore how to change your environment to remove obstacles and remain resilient when plans change.

Having the right kind of support from the people in your life is critical to keeping a positive outlook. In this Module we will discuss all of the various types of support and accountability available for you to rely on when times are tough.

Check out the below FAQ to learn more about the Healthy Habit Hustle program. If you have a question you don’t see addressed here, please reach out to me directly.

The program starts on Sunday March 10, 2024 and runs thru Sunday April 21, 2024 which is 6 weeks. Every Sunday at 7:00pm ET there will be a live, interactive group (zoom) workshop which is led by Ashley. The workshops last one hour. There is dedicated time during the workshop to complete your “Weekly Hustle” which is your 7-day plan for practicing healthy habits relative to physical activity, nutrition and personal wellness. It is up to you how much time you dedicate to the process of practicing your healthy habits each day.

The HHH is a brand new program that I developed for one purpose: to best help people reach their potential. This is not a weight-loss challenge altho many people who find interest in the HHH have an ultimate goal of losing fat, getting in shape, eating better and taking better care of themselves overall.

I have lead hundreds of people thru my fun Transformation Challenges but have decided this Spring to try something different. A “challenge” so to speak focusing on not the results, but the behaviors that lead to results.

In order to make sure the HHH is the best possible program for you, I done extensive testing and retesting on the course content and delivery with many participants. They have given me tons of great suggestions that I’ve incorporated into this 6-week program so that I feel confident you will love it, but more importantly it will help you become the best version of yourself.

The HHH welcomes all people from all ages, abilities and backgrounds. Anyone anywhere who wants the support of a professional coach and like-minded individuals as well as lessons and examples on how to ditch negative self talk and adopt healthy habits will benefit from this program. And other participants will benefit from you being here, too. You, just the way you are right now, are welcome here.

Email and Zoom are required for this program. Your Weekly Hustle Guides and questionnaires will be emailed to you. And on Sundays at 7:00pm ET we will meet live on Zoom (you will be sent a link for our workshops). There are seven total Zoom sessions: March 10, 17, 24, 31 and April 7, 14, 21. Access to Zoom recordings will expire on April 28, one week following the completion of the program.

Our weekly agenda looks roughly like this:

1. We open each workshop by celebrating our “WINS” of the week – this is an opportunity for participants to share what healthy habits they practiced successfully the past week and celebrate our NSVs (non scale victories). Participants are encouraged to speak openly or type into the chat if they want to. Participation is never forced.

2. Next we move on to our “OBSTACLES” and this is a very important discussion about roadblocks (people, situations, events, our own selves) that get in the way of practicing good habits. The group is encouraged to comment on what others are saying and offer suggestions or empathy.

3. We then take a deeper dive into a particular topic that fosters the development of healthy habits such as setting intention, overcoming road blocks, positive affirmations and habit stacking among others. During this time I will coach on the topic, provide examples, encourage group dialogue and enhance the experience with worksheets to support our discussion.

4. Lastly we create our personalized Weekly Hustle. We’ll walk thru the thru the Weekly Hustle Guide emailed to all participants ahead of the meeting. This Guide includes a workspace to plan your commitments for the week for exercise, nutrition and wellness and a grid to track your progress each day.

Yes. It is important for you to have your camera on during the Zoom because doing so builds trust within the group. You also are requested to participate in the Zoom from a private location and with headphones, if possible. It is not appropriate for other family members to be popping in and out of your camera.

To make real change requires vulnerability. Our workshops are a safe, non judgemental space to speak and be heard, as well as to actively listen to others. In order to protect the authenticity of this special program, please respect this request or you risk being removed from the workshop and/or program without a refund.

Participants are encouraged to sign up with a friend or family member and do the program together. Social support always improves adherence to healthy habits.

Every week you will receive an email check-in to see how you are doing and have an opportunity to share any wins, obstacles, questions or comments with me. I will reply personally to each email I receive.

During each Zoom workshop you are encouraged to participate by giving and/or seeking support thru use of the group chat or speaking directly to the group if the opportunity presents itself.

Additionally, at time of purchase you will be offered an upgrade to add 1:1 accountability coaching to your Healthy Habit Hustle. This option gives you 10 minutes a week for 6 total sessions with me to explore any topic or roadblock you might be facing. Many of my clients have greatly benefited from quick coaching check-ins as a supplement to a larger group program.

No. There is no social media required to participate.

However, I do plan to introduce a private Facebook group for the next edition of this program which is expected to launch at a later point this year.

All sales are final. Before purchasing please be sure you can attend all or most of the Sunday 7:00pm ET sessions in order to get the most benefit from the program. The Zoom sessions are held on March 10, 17, 24, 31 and April 7, 14, 21.

Understandably, life “happens” and you may need to miss one or more of the live workshops. The zoom workshops are recorded and will be emailed to you within 1-2 hours of the live session so you may view it if you miss one of the workshops. You will receive all of the presentation materials via email ahead of the live workshop.
