10-Minute Arms Toning Workout
Welcome to my 10-minute upper body arms and shoulders toning workout with light dumbbells. There are 10 unique exercises for biceps, triceps and shoulders in this workout. In this blog you’ll find a summary of the workout with some tips and notes. But if you just can’t wait to get moving, then go ahead and dive right into the workout.

Equipment
Before You Begin
Following a 1-minute warmup, this workout is is made up of 10 rounds of upper body exercises with dumbbells. There are 10 unique moves, each performed for 60 seconds, 30 seconds one arm at a time then 30 seconds both arms. The purpose of this workout is to build muscular toning and endurance in your arms and shoulders by working continuously. I used 3 lb weights.
