Avocado Mousse
“Valentine’s Day is coming soon and here’s a little chocolate treat that is delicious, decadent and healthy!”

Serves 4 people (1/2 cup serving)

Ingredients
- 2 large Haas avocados
- 6 Tablespoons Hershey’s cocoa
- 1/2 cup Pure maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
- 1/8 teaspoon Salt
Method
- Scoop out flesh of avocados and put in food processor. Pulse and scrape down sides of bowl as needed til creamy.
- Add cocoa, maple syrup, vanilla and salt. Process til mixture is well blended.
- Spoon into small dessert bowls and garnish as desired.
Tips
- This recipe has more dark chocolate than milk chocolate flavor and is quite filling.
- You could use 1/4 cup of honey instead of the maple syrup, adjusting to level of sweetness desired.
