Welcome to Sun Series Fitness Group Classes!
Sun Series classes are held at sunrise or sunset on weekdays. Get your workout in at the beginning or end of your day at the beautiful Limerick Community Park! Adults and children 14 years and older (with a parent/guardian) of all fitness levels are welcome. Modifications will be offered to accommodate all participants so that everyone will have a great experience. Classes are open to the community, so please feel free to invite a friend and spread the good news! If you have any questions or would like more information, please contact me before your first class.
Sunrise Fitness – HIIT THE PARK
Power Walk | Jog | Body Weight | Intervals
Ten minutes of guided power walking intervals followed by body-weight cardio and strength exercise AMRAP (as many rounds as possible). This class is high impact consisting of some strength work but mostly cardio. Bring a mat, water and sunscreen. All levels welcome.

Session 1: May 4, 11, 18, 25 and June 1
Session 2: June 8, 15, 22, 29 and July 6
Session 3: July 27 and August 3, 10, 17, 24

Sunset Fitness – POWER HOUR
Weights | Reps | Isometrics | Core
Strength circuits mixed with timed isometric exercises. Isometric work builds muscle strength while reps build muscle definition. This class is low impact strength work. Bring light weights (for biceps/triceps), medium weights (for rows/shoulder presses), a mat, water and sunscreen. All levels welcome.

Sunrise Fitness – FUSION FITNESS
Pilates | Barre | Balance | Flexibility
Low/no-impact movements including Pilates and barre-inspired strength work combined with balance exercises. This class is made up of mostly core and lower body work and concludes with a full-body flexibility block. Bring an elastic tube with handles, a 9″ exercise ball, hand weights (2-5 lb), a mat, water and sunscreen. Folding chairs are not provided, you may bring one if you like. Chairs are very helpful because they are used to mimic the “barre” and used for balance. The class can be done without a chair. All levels welcome.

Discounts are offered when you enroll in more than one GFWA session. Each session is 5 weeks ($15/wk)
1st GFWA session = $75
2nd GFWA session = $63.75 (15% discount)
3rd GFWA session = $60 (20% discount)

After you register I will contact you to complete my waiver and health screening that are required before your first class.
Health & Safety Plan
Each participant is required to complete the COVID-19 Health & Safety Form within two hours of the class start time.
We can hold class in a light drizzle. We will not have class with heavy rain or thunder & lightening. If the class has not begun or we are less than half-way thru the class and have to leave the field, make-up class will be held the following day at the same time. In the event I cancel class before the start time, you will find notification of that on the front page of my web site. If the entire weekend is a washout, we will extend the session by 1 week. If you have already paid for the class and are not able to attend the reschedule date, you are welcome to take any of my other classes as a “make-up” before the end of the current session. If you are unable to take a make-up class before the end of the session you will be given a refund for the original class missed. Make-up classes are only permitted in the event of weather reschedules.

High-Impact | Speed | Power | Core
Timed 4-minute Tabata (20s on / 10s rest) intervals separated by 2-minute ab burnouts. High-energy, high-impact, high-intensity. This class is approximately 75% Tabata and 25% core. All levels welcome.
