Bring a friend and meet me on Saturdays at Limerick Community Park for an unforgettable workout!

My outdoor fitness camps are famous for being unique, creative, fun and challenging. You will be welcomed by a friendly group of locals who want to sweat and grow stronger together.

Outdoor Fit Camp workouts consist of all kinds of creative ways to incorporate strength, cardio, agility, speed and power. We always have at least one fun team game too. You won’t realize how many calories you’re burning because you’ll be having so much fun!

Welcome to Fit Camp!

Adults and children 14 years and older (with a parent/guardian) are welcome. Classes are open to the community, so please feel free to invite a friend and spread the good news! If you have any questions or would like more information, please contact me before your first class.


$20 drop-in | $75 for 5-week session
Pay as you go or purchase a full session (5 classes) for a 25% discount. All classes are 45 minutes in length and start right on time. Come as often as you can. Every workout is different and better than the last one!


Limit 25 participants per class. Registration is required.

After you register I will contact you to complete my waiver and health screening that are required before your first class.


Saturdays 7:00 – 7:45am or 8:00 – 8:45am
Rain dates will be the following day, Sunday
Session 1: 7am | 8am – May 1, 8, 15, 22, 29
Session 2: 7am | 8am – June 5, 12, 19, 26 and July 3
Session 3: 7am | 8am – July 24, 31 and August 7, 14, 21
Session 4: 7am | 8am – August 28 and September 4, 11, 18, 25

Health & Safety Plan

Each participant is required to complete the COVID-19 Health & Safety Form within two hours of the class start time.

What to bring

Please bring a cloth face mask, mat, water, hand towel, hand weights (2 – 5 lbs) and your best effort. See you at the Park!
