Worried about how to squeeze in exercise and stay accountable this winter? Commit to indoor classes and prevent those sneaky winter pounds from finding you. Remember, summer bodies are made in the winter!
When you make time to exercise, you can dramatically improve your health. And when you’re healthier, you’re happier!
My indoor Fit Camps are creative, intense full-body workouts with great music and a personal touch. Everybody will be encouraged and motivated to be successful and feel great about themselves!
Men and women of all ages and fitness levels are welcome. Classes are open to the community, so please feel free to invite a friend and spread the good news. If you have any questions or would like to sign up, please contact me before your first class.
$20 drop-in | $75 for 5-week session
Pay as you go or purchase a full session (5 classes) for a 25% discount.
Saturdays 7:00 – 7:45am
Classes run October – April. A schedule of specific dates will be published here at least two weeks before classes resume (Fall 2021 expected). All classes are 45 minutes in length and start exactly on time. Come as often as you can. Every workout is different and better than the last one!

What to bring
Please bring a mat, water, hand towel, hand weights (1 – 5 lbs) and your best effort. For your first class, please arrive 10 minutes early to sign in and complete a waiver. Anyone with preexisting conditions must register in advance.
