My Elevation Series is designed to take you to the next level. These 12 workouts will push you a little bit harder, challenging your range of motion and endurance. Remember change only happens when you push past your comfort zone. You’re ready for it!

  • Investment: FREE!
  • Time Commitment: The plan contains 12 workouts spread over 2 weeks. There are two scheduled rest days. Each workout is 20 minutes including a brief warm up and cool down. Feel free to adjust the rest days to suit your personal schedule.
  • Dates: Start whenever you like! Sign-up and you’ll get an email with a PDF to guide you through the workout plan and access to the YouTube playlist with all the videos.
  • What’s Next? Continue to repeat the Elevation workouts if you liked them or want to improve upon them. If some of the workouts seemed a bit too challenging, give my beginner Foundation Plan a try. Otherwise, if you’re ready to go harder, my next level plan “Unleashed” will be out later this year. Stay tuned!
