What You Get in My Coaching Program
My 10-session coaching package is designed to give you the support and structure you need to create lasting, sustainable changes. Here’s what’s included:
- A thorough intake form to assess your current habits, challenges, and goals.
- A customized 60-minute first session to review your intake form, create your vision statement, set a clear goal, select and prioritize habits that support your goal, and develop a plan to track your progress.
- Nine additional 45-minute sessions, where we’ll dive deeper into your progress, discuss your wins and obstacles, and refine your goals week by week.
- Weekly habit tracking and check-ins, to keep you accountable and help make adjustments when necessary.
- Ongoing support via text or email check-ins to keep you on track between sessions.
Each session is designed to help you make steady progress toward your goal, with a focus on real-life strategies and personal accountability.
What’s Expected of You as a Client
Coaching is a partnership, and your success depends on your commitment to the process. My role is to guide and support you, but real change happens when you show up, do the work, and stay engaged in your journey. Here’s what I ask of you as a client:
- Complete a thorough intake form – Before our first session, you’ll fill out a detailed intake form so we can get a full picture of your current habits, challenges, and goals.
- Work with me to create your vision statement – In our first session, we’ll define your long-term objective and develop a clear, motivating vision to guide your journey.
- Show up and be present – Your sessions are your time to focus on YOU. Come ready to reflect, discuss, and plan.
- Track your progress – You’ll be asked to complete a simple habit log each week so we can see what’s working and what needs adjusting.
- Stay accountable – Be honest about your wins and struggles so we can find real solutions together.
- Do your best – This isn’t about being perfect; it’s about making progress. Small, consistent steps lead to big results!
