Equipment
Before You Begin
Following a 1-minute warmup, this workout is is made up of 10 rounds of plank exercises. There are no repeats. The purpose of this workout is to build muscular strength and endurance. The planks can be modified by performing the exercises on your knees. You can do this workout anywhere.

There are 10 intervals in this workout with no repeats. In each interval, work for 35 seconds then rest for 25 seconds.
