20-Minute Core Strength Workout
Welcome to my 20-minute live stream core strength workout with no repeats. We work all our abs, obliques and lower back with challenging exercises in 15 unique moves. In this blog you’ll find a summary of the workout with some tips and notes. But if you just can’t wait to get moving, then go ahead and dive right into the workout.

Before You Begin
Following a warmup, this workout is is made up 15 core exercises. You’ll use one dumbbell. The purpose of the workout is to increase your core strength in your abs, obliques and lower back. I used a 20 lb (9 kg) weight.

There are 15 exercises in this no repeat workout. Perform each exercise for 40 seconds followed by 20 seconds of rest.
