25-Minute Mile Walk & Dance
Welcome to my 25-minute 3000+ step walk and dance fusion workout. This is a fun, easy-to-follow low impact workout with simple steps and combinations. Feel free to add your own style and flair to have a great time burning lots of calories. In this blog you’ll find a summary of the workout with some tips and notes. But if you just can’t wait to get moving, then go ahead and dive right into the workout.

Description
This workout is made up of 7 sets of single and combo moves. You’ll be stepping to 130 beats per minute to get over 3000 steps which is equal to a mile and half walk! The purpose of this workout is to increase your heart rate, have fun and burn lots of calories. Beginners welcome. No equipment needed.

Workout Breakdown
Perform each exercise for 30 seconds, working continuously thru all of the moves. Then rest or march in place for 30 seconds and start again. Complete two rounds total.
