“Master Core” is an advanced-level bodyweight core workout packed with challenging moves in a no-repeat format. All parts of the core are engaged in supine, prone and side-lying intervals that require full body strength. We work our muscles stressing good form and range of motion. In this workout, and all of the UNLEASHED workouts you will be encouraged to rise to the challenge, master complex moves and max out your power.
In this blog you’ll find a summary of the workout with some tips and notes. But if you just can’t wait to get moving, then go ahead and dive right into the workout.

Equipment
Before You Begin
Following a warmup, this workout is is made up of 19 no-repeat intervals of 40 seconds work followed by 20 seconds of rest. Each move requires a change in position and full-body concentration and control. With every move you’re encouraged to use good form and full range of motion. The purpose of the workout is to strengthen your core for overall improved fitness. No equipment needed.

There are 19 intervals in this workout. Perform each exercise for 40 seconds followed by 20 seconds rest. The final exercise is done for one minute.
