Welcome to my 20-minute live stream Walking workout. We are stepping at 128 bpm to get 2000+ steps which is over 1 mile. In this blog you’ll find a summary of the workout with some tips and notes. But if you just can’t wait to get moving, then go ahead and dive right into the workout.

Equipment
Before You Begin
Following a warmup, this workout is is made up of 12 walking moves performed for 30 seconds each. The purpose of the workout is to increase your heart rate and get your full body moving to the beat in a fun and fast-paced low impact cardio workout. You do not need any equipment.
