The Final Lap is FREE to all members of my StrongHER Together community.

Not a member? Join us! You can join any tier membership or plan and sign up for the The Final Lap once you arrive in the community. This challenge is open to everyone anywhere in the world as long as you can meet the weigh-in requirements.

All participants are required to pay $25 into the prize money pot at time of registration. 100% of this money gets distributed to the winners in the end.

All sales are final. All participants are required to remain active members in the StrongHER Together community for the duration of the Challenge.

If you maintain your weight you will receive $25 CASH back PLUS more if all participants don’t make it to the finish line.

The deadline to register is 5:00pm ET on Thursday November 20, 2025.

Nope! StrongHER Together is centered on women in midlife and beyond โ€” which includes menopause and post-menopause โ€” but all women are welcome.

Once a woman reaches menopause (defined as 12 months without a period), she stays in menopause for the rest of her life. That means support for strong bones, muscle health, nutrition, weight management, and emotional well-being is always important, no matter how many years itโ€™s been.

The Challenge is for any woman who wants accountability, encouragement, and a supportive community. And women whoโ€™ve been through menopause for years bring so much wisdom and experience โ€” theyโ€™re a vital part of our sisterhood.

Because all of my Transformation and Weight Maintenance challenges are happening inside StrongHER Together!

This lets me keep the challenges women-only, provide you with daily support (instead of just weekly check-ins), and create a private space where participants can connect, encourage each other, and stay accountable. Plus, StrongHER Together offers so much more than just the Challenge โ€” youโ€™ll get coaching, masterclasses, accountability mini-challenges, and an incredible community of women who truly get it.

In short: youโ€™re not just joining a challenge, youโ€™re joining a sisterhood that will support your health long for the long-term. ๐Ÿ’œ

All scales used in this Challenge must be digital scales that record measurements to the tenth of a pound.

Participants are required to have an initial weigh-in and 6 additional weekly weigh-ins during the Challenge (6 weeks, 7 total weigh ins). Individual weights are strictly confidential and read by Ashley. Only Ashley will see your actual weight.

The winners will be determined based on total % of body weight, not total pounds, to the tenth of a percent.

Participant head shot photos, first name and last initials and % weight loss (not pounds) will appear on the Challenge leader boards.

Participants weigh-in on the same scale, wearing the same clothing, in the same room and on the same day/time every week virtually on Google Meet (initial weigh-in ONLY) and by submitting a photo with a code word via text/DM (for the remaining 6 weigh-ins).

The code word is different every week and will be posted in the StrongHER Together private challenge thread at 5 am ET on the morning of weigh-in day. The code word must be written down and placed in a visible spot on the floor and appear in the photo with your feet on your scale.

If you have a conflict on weigh-in day and are not able to weigh-in on your regular scale before weigh-ins are due, it counts as a miss. You are allowed 2 misses (not including the first and last weigh ins) maximum to continue in the challenge and be eligible for prize money. No exceptions.

Yes! Because we are hosting the Challenge inside my StrongHER Together community, there is open group coaching (Ask me Anything) sessions every week (Tier 2 & 3 members only) live on Zoom. These sessions are recorded and saved in the community, so Tier 2 & 3 members can refer back to them at any time.

I did my first Transformation Challenge all the way back in 2013 and from then thru Spring of 2025, I did have (and appreciate!) men in the Challenge.

However, starting in Fall 2025 I have decided to offer these Challenges inside my StrongHER Together community, which is a women-only space.

The prize money pot starts with a $25 contribution from each participant. This is paid at the time you sign up.

100% of this prize money gets distributed to the winners at the end of the Challenge. The winners are the participants that have lost or maintained (to the tenth of a percent) their original starting weight.

The prize money pot will be distributed evenly to all winners. If you maintain your weight, you are guaranteed your $25 back, plus more if not everyone makes it to the finish line!

A participant will become ineligible to win any prize (and will become an inactive participant) if more than two intermediate weigh-ins are missed or if they leave the StrongHER Together community before the Challenge is over.

Everyone is eligible to be a winner. To be a winner you must maintain your original starting weight to the tenth of a percent.

Percent weight change is calculated as follows: (Initial weight โ€“ Final weight) / Initial weight. If by the end of the challenge your percent weight change is less than or equal to 0.0%, you are a winner.

The total prize money will be evenly distributed between all winners on the final date of weigh ins by check, venmo or Paypal (whatever you prefer).

No. Participants are encouraged to eat healthy and exercise regularly, but nothing formal is required.

All participants are encouraged to subscribe to my YouTube Channel where I have tons of workout videos for all levels and grab my FREE workout plans. In addition, I welcome local participants to attend group fitness classes and personal training. I also offer health coaching for anyone looking for individualized support.

All sales are final. Before purchasing a StrongHER Together membership, please be sure to check which membership tier and payment plan work best for you. StrongHER Together is a membership-based community and therefore you must cancel or change your membership prior to the auto-renew. You will not receive a warning about the auto-renew.

If you miss more than two intermediate weigh-ins or leave the StrongHER Together community before the challenge is complete, you will not be eligible to win any prize in the Challenge.
