Registration costs $75 and the last day to register is November 21, 2025 at 8:00 pm ET.

If you maintain your weight you will receive $25 CASH back to you for a total investment of $50.

All sales are final.

The following dates are the weigh-in dates:

1️⃣ November 21, 2025 – REQUIRED
2️⃣ November 28, 2025
3️⃣ December 5, 2025
4️⃣ December 12, 2025
5️⃣ December 19, 2025
6️⃣ December 26, 2025
7️⃣ January 2, 2026 – REQUIRED

You are required to submit a minimum of four weigh-ins to be eligible to win the $25 reward at the end.

The initial (November 21, 2025) and final (January 2, 2026) are two of the required weigh-ins.

The third and fourth required weigh-ins are your choice – pick any two of the dates listed above in between the first and last. Of course it’s best if you take full advantage of the accountability offered by this program by weighing in on all of the dates you’re available!

You will receive a code word by email on the morning of each weigh-in day. Write this code word on a piece of paper and put it on the floor next to your scale and take a photo.

Between 5am and 12pm ET on weigh-in day, send me a photo (via text message) of your feet on the scale displaying your weight with the code word visible.

Participants must weigh-in on the same scale each week.

No. Nobody will see your weight as a number. The dashboard will only show cumulative percentage gain/loss of each participant. This is for visibility to help motivate and hold you accountable.

All scales used in this Challenge must be digital scales that record measurements to the tenth of a pound.

Individual weights are strictly confidential and recorded by Ashley. Only Ashley will see your actual weight.

No. Due to everyone’s busy holiday schedules and to help keep the cost lower, there are no meetups scheduled. However you will receive weekly email check-ins from Ashley.

No. Participants are encouraged to eat healthy and exercise regularly as directed by their provider.

No. There is no social media required to participate.

You will be given access to view the dashboard of percentage weight lost/gained by all participants. In addition you will receive weekly emails.

All sales are final. Before purchasing please be sure you will be able to send the required weigh-ins which are the first, two intermediate ones and the last.

If you are unable to weigh in on the first or last weigh-in or you do not complete the two required intermediate weigh-ins you are ineligible to receive your $25 cash reward.
