💌 Daily Emails Once the challenge starts you’ll receive daily emails each morning at 5:00am ET with a description and link for that day’s workout. You’ll also also receive a playlist with all workouts released to date.

😎 Take At Your Own Pace If you need to skip a day, NO WORRIES! You can miss a day and make it up later. But remember my best advice for starting a healthy habit – never miss twice! In order to get all the workouts done and get yourself in the groove, try to make time every day if you can.
🌴 Take GFWA On Vacation With You You can easily do the workouts while on vacation (I plan on it!) so you can keep yourself in shape over the summer. Even if the workouts use dumbbells, you can improvise with water bottles or just use your body-weight.
