Join the Steady Summer Sunshine Challenge for $179 and focus on maintaining your weight over 16 weeks. Text your bi-weekly weigh-ins (only 4 required, but you can do all 9!) and get a $40 reward if you maintain or lose weight by the end.

  • Dates: Summer (June 6 – September 26) 2025 (16 weeks)
  • Weigh-in Method: Via text message biweekly on Fridays by 12pm ET. Only the first weigh-in is on video with me. All others – just send a picture of your feet on the scale with code word visible (code word will be emailed to you at 5am ET). Participate from anywhere!
  • Initial Weigh-In Required: June 6, 2025 on video (5 minutes)
  • Intermediate Weigh-ins (Offered Biweekly, But must submit at least 2): June 20 – Sept 12, 2025
  • Final Weigh-in Required: September 26, 2025
  • Reward: $40 cash if final weigh-in is the same or less than initial weigh-in within 0.1 lb

Below is a sample dashboard showing the cumulative % gain/loss of each participant. Every time you weigh-in, this chart will be updated. The goal is that by the end your weight change is zero or negative!
Positive % represents weight gain and negative % represents weight loss. Expect ups and downs this summer, all that matter is you finish where you started (or better!)

Registration costs $179 and the last day to register is June 5 at 5:00 pm ET.

If you maintain your weight by September 26 and meet all of the weigh-in requirements, you will receive $40 CASH back to you for a FINAL total investment of $139. Only $9/week!

All sales are final.

The following dates are the weigh-in dates:

1️⃣ June 6 – REQUIRED (by video/Zoom for new participants – 5 min)

2️⃣ June 20
3️⃣ July 4
4️⃣ July 18
5️⃣ August 1
6️⃣ August 15
7️⃣ August 29
8️⃣ September 12
9️⃣ September 26 – REQUIRED

You are required to submit a minimum of four weigh-ins to be eligible to win the $40 reward at the end.

The initial (6/6) and final (9/26) are two of the required weigh-ins.

The other two are your choice – pick any two of the dates listed above in between the first and last. Of course it’s best if you take full advantage of the accountability offered by this program by weighing in on all of the dates you’re available!

You will receive a code word by email at 5am ET on the morning of each weigh-in. Write this code word on a piece of paper and put it on the floor next to your scale.

Between 5am and 12pm ET on weigh-in day, send me a photo (via text message) of your feet on the scale displaying your weight with the code word visible.

Participants must weigh-in on the same scale each week.

No. Nobody will see your weight as a number. The dashboard will only show cumulative percentage gain/loss of each participant. This is for visibility to help motivate and hold you accountable.

All scales used in this Challenge must be digital scales that record measurements to the tenth of a pound.

Individual weights are strictly confidential and recorded by Ashley. Only Ashley will see your actual weight.

No. Due to everyone’s busy summer schedules and to help keep the cost lower, there are no meetups scheduled. However you will receive weekly check-ins from Ashley.

No. Participants are encouraged to eat healthy and exercise regularly as directed by their provider.

No. There is no social media required to participate.

You will be given access to view the dashboard of percentage weight lost/gained by all participants. In addition you will receive weekly emails.

All sales are final. Before purchasing please be sure you can attend at minimum the first and last weigh-ins and one in between.

If you are unable to weigh in on the first or last weigh-in or you do not complete the intermediate weigh-in you are ineligible to receive your reward.
