Hi! I’m Ashley, a Certified Menopause Health Coach Specialist and owner of Get Fit with Ashley. As a woman navigating perimenopause myself, I’m passionate about empowering other women with accurate, relatable, and helpful information about this time in their lives.
My private community, StrongHER Together, is a space for women navigating perimenopause and menopause who are ready to take control of their health, build strength, and feel their best. In our community, our members receive weekly coaching, accountability challenges, masterclass events and daily conversations, education and support to create lifelong habits for weight-management, energy and wellness.
Outside of my community, in addition to fitness training and group classes, I offer a range of engaging and informative presentations designed to educate, support, and inspire women in midlife.
