30-Minute Walking Workout Group Class
Welcome to my 30-minute live stream full body walking group workout. In this workout me and 12 of my beloved group fitness students step to the beat of the music (120-130 bpm) for some heart-pumping, calorie-burning fun for all levels. In this blog you’ll find a summary of the workout with some tips and notes. But if you just can’t wait to get moving, then go ahead and dive right into the workout.

Equipment
Before You Begin
Following a warmup, this workout is is made up of 3 rounds. Each round is approximately 8 minutes with 15 different moves. The purpose of the workout is to build stamina, burn calories and have lots of fun. No equipment needed.

There are 3 rounds in this workout and 15 exercises per round. All exercises are ~ 30 seconds. Take a 30 second break between rounds.
