20-Minute Walking Workout
Welcome to my 20-minute live stream Walking workout. We are stepping fast at 155 bpm to get 3000+ steps which is 1.5 miles. In this blog you’ll find a summary of the workout with some tips and notes. But if you just can’t wait to get moving, then go ahead and dive right into the workout.

Equipment
Before You Begin
Following a warmup, this workout is is made up of 12 walking moves performed for 30 seconds each, each equivalent to a half mile (1000 steps approximately). The purpose of the workout is to increase your heart rate and get your full body moving to the beat in a fun and fast-paced low impact cardio workout. You do not need any equipment.

There are 12 walking moves in this workout, each done for ~ 30 seconds. Each round of 12 is about half a mile. Three rounds is about 3000 steps or 1.5 miles.
