45-Minute Fusion Workout – Barre Arms & Abs
Welcome to my 45-minute live stream barre arms and abs workout. We alternate between sets of barre arms with light weights high reps and core work in 5 minute continuous flow circuits. In this blog you’ll find a summary of the workout with some tips and notes. But if you just can’t wait to get moving, then go ahead and dive right into the workout.

Equipment
Before You Begin
Following a warmup, this workout is is made up of 6 sets of 5-minutes each. Each set has 5 unique exercises done twice (30 seconds per move). The purpose of the workout is to increase your muscular endurance by using light weights and continuous reps. I used 3 lb (1.4 kg) weights.

There are 6 sets in this workout. Each set includes 5 exercises performed 30 seconds each for 2 rounds. There is a 1 minute rest between each set.
