💌 Daily Emails Once the challenge starts you’ll receive daily emails each morning at 5:00am ET with a description and link for that day’s workout. You’ll also also receive a YouTube link to the playlist of workouts released to date, in case you need to catch up on any you’ve missed.
🤲 Together is BETTER! Each day you complete a workout, leave a comment and I’ll respond. Respond to other people’s comments too and let’s create a supportive fitness community!
😎 Take At Your Own Pace If you need to skip a day, NO WORRIES! You can miss a day and make it up later. But remember my rule for starting a habit – never miss twice! In order to get all the workouts done and get yourself in the groove, try to find 10-20 minutes every day if you can.
❄️ Take GFWA With You Going on a trip in January? You can easily do the workouts while on vacation or away from home. Even if the workouts use dumbbells, you can improvise with water bottles or just use your body-weight.
