💌 Daily Emails Once the challenge starts you’ll receive daily emails each morning at 5:00am ET with a description and link for that day’s workout. You’ll also also receive a YouTube link to the playlist of workouts released to date, in case you need to catch up on any you’ve missed.

🤲 Together is BETTER! Each day you complete a workout, leave a comment and I’ll respond. Respond to other people’s comments too and let’s create a supportive fitness community!

😎 Take At Your Own Pace If you need to skip a day, NO WORRIES! You can miss a day and make it up later. But remember my rule for starting a habit – never miss twice! In order to get all the workouts done and get yourself in the groove, try to make time every day if you can.

❄️ Take GFWA With You Going on a trip in January? You can easily do the workouts while on vacation or away from home. Even if the workouts use dumbbells, you can improvise with water bottles or just use your body-weight.

Kick Off The New Year by Committing to Move Your Body Every Day!

Registration will open in December. You can join for FREE any time between then and January 31. You’ll start getting the daily workouts on January 1!

Yes! This challenge is completely FREE and you can join any time during the 31 days in January and pick up wherever we are. This challenge is my holiday gift to you to help you get into the habit of moving your body every day.

When you join the Challenge you will receive a welcome email. Every day in January you will receive an email at 5:00am ET with the daily workout and a link to the YouTube playlist containing all workouts released to date.

If you join the Challenge any day after January 1 (the first day) you will receive emails starting the very next day at 5am ET going forward. You will not receive old emails from days you missed. However you still will have access to all of the workouts released to date in the playlist so you can go back and do them if you want to.

It’s no problem. This is a friendly motivational ‘challenge’ so take it at your own pace! Even if you do just one, I’m grateful you joined!
