2-WEEK BEGINNER WORKOUT PLAN

I’ve created the Foundation plan to help you take the first steps on your fitness journey. Whether you’re a beginner, a senior, returning to exercise or want to get back to basics, it’s never too late to get started. Together we’ll get you moving safely while building strength and mobility!

If you are just getting started with working out or are unsure about where to begin, this is the plan for you.

Your Path to Fitness Begins HERE

  • Investment: FREE!
  • Time Commitment: The plan contains 10 workouts spread over 2 weeks. There are four scheduled rest days. Each workout is 20 minutes including a brief warm up and cool down. Feel free to adjust the rest days to suit your personal schedule.
  • Dates: Start whenever you like! Sign-up and you’ll get an email with a PDF to guide you through the workout plan and access to the YouTube playlist with all the videos.
  • What’s Next? Continue to repeat the Foundation workouts if you liked them or want to improve upon them. When you’re ready to move on, check out my intermediate level Elevation Plan.
