Join me for a great start to your weekend at MOVES class!
Get Fit With Ashley MOVES stands for Movement, Overload, Variety, Edurance and Strength. MOVES class is a full body, high-energy class that is guaranteed to be safe, fun, challenging and different each week. Every class combines exercises for functional strength training and cardiovascular endurance.
Registration is required. Sign up for the whole session or a drop-in here. After you register, I will contact you to complete my waiver & health questionnaire before your first session. Adults and children 14 years and older of all fitness levels and abilities are welcome.
Please arrive to class five minutes early and bring:
