Get Fit With Ashley Cardio & Core is a 45-minute workout. This class is full of body-weight cardio intervals separated by circuits packed with core exercises that burn. Modifications are offered to keep the cardio low impact. This is a complete full-body workout incorporating creative exercises that work on improving cardiovascular endurance.
Sign up for the whole session or do a drop-in here. After you register, I will contact you to complete my waiver & health questionnaire before your first session. Adults and children 14 years and older of all fitness levels and abilities are welcome.
