Boot Camp is in Session!! It’s time to GET FIT!
Join me on Saturday mornings 7-8am at the Perkiomen Valley Library in Schwenksville for a unique and challenging workout that’s different every week. A new session starts this Saturday, Feb 16 and runs for 5 weeks. Pay for the session, or drop-in when you can!
Let me show you all the best exercises for building muscle, losing fat and improving your cardiovascular endurance. You’ll fit right in with our big, fun group and you’ll make friends while getting in the best shape of your life!
