Since Memorial Day, I’ve been running Boot camp classes at Manderach Park and they are awesome! We have an incredible group who has become addicted to their weekly butt-kicking at Ashley’s boot camp class!
Boot camp is tons of heart-pumping activity designed to burn fat and build muscle. There’s always a creative, fun group exercise at the end to leave you feeling amazing about what you’ve accomplished.
All fitness levels are welcome and encouraged to join us. Everybody works at their own level. Everybody is successful – guaranteed!
