Sunrise Fitness: HIIT The Park – Session 1 @ 6:00am
Wake up and get your workout in first thing in the morning … at Sunrise!
Get Fit With Ashley HIIT The Park is a 45-minute workout. HIIT stands for High Intensity Interval Training. We begin with a 10-minute power walk which is made up of 1-2 minute timed intervals with varied speeds. Participants will be coached to measure their output by using RPE (rate of perceived exertion). The remainder of the class is full of high intensity AMRAP (as many rounds as possible) segments with various exercises which work on improving cardiovascular endurance.
Discounts are offered when you enroll in more than one GFWA session (5 weeks long)!
1st GFWA session = $75
2nd GFWA session = $63.75 (15% discount)
3rd GFWA session = $60 (20% discount)

Adults and children 14 years and older (with parent/guardian) are welcome. Exercise modifications will be offered to meet all fitness levels and abilities.

Reminder: Each participant is required to complete the COVID-19 Health & Safety Form within two hours of the class start time.
Please arrive to class five minutes early and bring:
- Hand towel
- Sunglasses or hat
- Your best effort!
