Get Fit With Ashley boot camp is group fitness with a personal touch. You’ll have a blast getting fit with your friends while enjoying the individual attention that you want and deserve.
It’s everything you need… strength + cardio in a creative full-body workout! Join us!
Session cost: $50 (5 weeks @ $10/class)
Drop-ins: $15/class (pay as you go)
Time: Tuesdays 5:45-6:30am; Saturdays 7-8:00am
Place: PV Library, Schwenksville
Men and women of all ages and fitness levels are welcome. Classes are open to the community, so please feel free to invite a friend and spread the good news.
Please bring a mat, water, hand towel, hand weights, Bender ball and your best effort.
